Subscription Plans
Book Your Oil Change offers several subscription plans to meet the needs of different mobile oil change service providers:
- Basic Solo: Ideal for solo technicians ($950/year when billed annually)
- Advanced Teams: Designed for small teams or expanding businesses ($1430/year when billed annually)
- Premium Enterprise: For larger operations (Coming Soon)
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Free Trial Cancellations
If you are using our Platform under a free trial or demo period, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges. To cancel your trial, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Subscription Management"
- Click "Cancel Trial"

Paid Subscription Cancellations
For paid subscriptions, the following terms apply:
- Monthly Plans: Cancellations for monthly plans will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the month.
- Annual Plans: Cancellations for annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund as detailed in the Refund Policy section below.
To cancel your paid subscription:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Subscription Management"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Plan Changes and Upgrades
Upgrading Your Plan
You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading:
- For monthly plans: The new rate will be charged immediately, prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- For annual plans: You will be charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan, prorated for the remainder of your subscription period.
Downgrading Your Plan
You may downgrade your subscription plan as follows:
- For monthly plans: The downgrade will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
- For annual plans: The downgrade will take effect at the beginning of the next annual billing cycle, unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy
Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of the current billing period, at which point your account will be downgraded or deactivated.
Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions, the following refund policy applies:
- Within 14 Days: If you cancel within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After 14 Days: If you cancel after 14 days of initial purchase or renewal, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, less a $100 administrative fee.
- No Refund Period: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the final 3 months of an annual subscription.

Processing of Refunds
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Platform if:
- You violate our Terms of Service
- You use the Platform in a manner that incurs unreasonable costs
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- We are unable to verify your account information
In the event of such termination, you may or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Data Retention After Cancellation
After you cancel your subscription:
- You will have 30 days to export your data from our Platform.
- After 30 days, your account data may be permanently deleted from our active systems.
- We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Changes to Pricing and Services
We reserve the right to modify our subscription prices and service offerings at any time. If we change our subscription prices, we will provide notice of the change on the Platform or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect for existing subscribers.
